TIO IT Limited is the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, business, email address, phone number and the message you send. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your account. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the life of the contract and for six years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics are running. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so nothing about your visit is shared with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contactus@tio.uk.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
